Dividends prior to March-2015

All shareholders are informed that the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) has launched a new service to facilitate the payment of unclaimed dividends prior to March 2015 and the refund of cash held in dormant accounts with brokerage firms. We encourage all eligible investors to submit their requests through the designated channels provided by the SCA to ensure prompt processing. The SCA appointed First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) to handle the payment of unclaimed dividends to shareholders of locally listed public joint-stock companies prior to March 2015. FAB will receive payment requests via the following channels:

• Any FAB branch across the UAE.

Dividends post March-2015

To claim the pending dividends post March-2015, shareholders are requested to reach out to Dubai Financial Markets on +971 4 305 5555 and customerservice@dfm.ae.
